We undertake Design and development of jigs and fixtures dies and punches. Die design for cast forged and sheet metal components.
Generation of Numerical Control ( NC ) tool paths both in 3-axis and 5-axis mode with CAD models as reference and simulating generated tool path for gouging. RSD provides direct NC codes compatible with the Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers. These NC codes are fool proof since they go under a thorough quality check for gouging and surface finish. RSD tailors the post-processors to customer specific machine capability. |
