 We at RSD use 2D/3D scanning along with inspection and measurement tools like Faro arm to gauge design geometry of part or the sample. We then generate surface/solid models for virtual prototyping. We under take laser prototyping technique to develop a rapid prototype. The mock-up can be in any material combinations of ABS plastics, Nylons, PPS. Laser sintering process could also be adopted to derive a metallic prototype for Tool and Dies for design evaluation and confirmation. |
